大跨度钢斜拉桥扁平钢箱梁悬拼阶段相对变形研究

摘    要:大跨度斜拉桥大多采用流线形扁平钢箱梁 ,在主梁悬臂拼装过程中 ,吊机作用梁段、被起吊梁段由于受力不同 ,变形存在较大差异。以南京长江第二大桥南汊桥为例 ,用空间有限元分析了悬拼阶段扁平钢箱梁的相对变形 ,并研究了温度、纵隔板设置、吊机作用位置对相对变形的影响 ,对钢箱梁制造、安装提出了一些有益的建议

Abstract:Now many long span cable stayed bridges adopt stream lined flat steel box shaped girder.During cantilever construction of girder,the deformation of flat steel box shaped girder is obviously different between box shaped girder to be suspended and the box shaped girder supporting crane.Taking Nanjing Second Yangtz Bridge as a numerical example,using spatial FEM,the relative deformation of flat steel box shaped girder is analyzed,and the influence of temperature,setting of longitudinal plate and position of crane to the relative deformation is studied.Some suggestions of manufacture and construction of steel box shaped girder are given here.
