| Abstract: | The paper describes a series of specialized services regarding quality, construction period and construction cost to be offered by an engineering supervision unit in terms of organization, technology, economy and contract in stages of investment decision, design, tender offering, construction and completion of construction etc., and outlines the effect of engineering supervision in the control of construction cost, which plays a positive role in the realization of investment management objective and improvement of the investment benefit of engineering construction. |
