摘    要:随着我国居民住房改善的需求,高层住宅越来越多,燃气热水器在使用过程中受到楼层风压的影响也越来越大。本论文主要论述的是通过提升硬件电路及调整软件控制的方法,根据外界风压的变化,系统自动调节风机的转速,来适应现下燃烧系统的外界状况,从而解决外界风压过大、倒灌风等引起的燃烧效率偏低及中途熄火的问题,同时节省用户燃气使用量、提高恒温出水的温度稳定性,带来洗浴的舒适性。通过应用了本论文方案的燃气热水器的实际使用情况,结合实际测试结果的对比分析,得出本方案对于改进现有燃气热水器在外界风压存在的情况下频繁出现的燃烧效率偏低及中途熄火等问题的改善有重大而深远的意义。

Abstract:Along with our country residents to improve housing demand, more and more high-rise residential, gas water heater in use process affected outside wind is also growing. This paper mainly discusses the hardware circuits and software control methods. According to the change of outside wind, the system automatically adjusts the fan speed, to suit the combustion system, so as to solve the low combustion efficiency and flameout midway outside wind is too high, downdraft caused problems, the same time saving the user gas usage, to improve the temperature stability of constant temperature water bath, bring comfort. By using the solution of the situation of using gas water heater, this paper combined with the actual test results contrast analysis, obtained the solution for improving the existing gas water heater burning gas in the presence of outside wind pressure frequent low combustion efficiency and improve the problems of the midway flameout has significant and far-reaching significance.
