| 摘 要： | 本文就工作中一款压缩机噪声大问题，从噪声频谱、零件精度、零件配合度、零件清洁度等方面分析，找出因零件表面杂质引起活塞拉毛导致压缩机机械噪声超标原因，并提出相应解决措施。

| Abstract: | By analyse a hermetic compressor with abnormal noise from the spectrum of noise, the precision of mechanical parts, the compatiblity of parts, the purity of parts and other aspects, this thesis introduces the process of identifying the root cause of abonormal noise, which is the impurities on the surface of parts cause the scratches of pistons, and thus results in the mechanical noise of the compressor exceeds the normal level. After finding out the reason, this thesis puts forward some solutions. |
