家用空调直流变频控制器的抗干扰设计

摘    要:通过对直流变频空调室外机控制特性和电磁环境的分析,阐述了如何从硬件和软件设计的角度进行控制器抗干扰设计的思路及措施。着重分析了室外机控制板转子位置信号检测电路受干扰的成因,给出了相应的抗干扰措施,达到使直流变频压缩机稳定、可靠运行的目的。

Abstract:Through the analyzing of characteristics of DC inverter air conditioner outdoor unit control and electromagnetic environment, explaining how the hardware and software design from the perspective of the controller design ideas and anti-jamming measures. Focus on analyzing the causes of outdoor unit control board rotor position signal detection circuit interference, giving the corresponding anti-jamming measures to achieve the purpose of the DC inverter compressor stable and reliable.
