互联电网一次调频特性研究

摘    要:介绍了一次调频在电力系统中的作用,从原动机参与一次调频的角度出发,研究了机组一次调频及其投入状态与电网频率品质和联络线传输功率之间的关系,给出了不同一次调频分布下频率响应曲线与联络线功率变化图。结果表明,在合理选择机组的调频死区后,当各区域内机组的一次调频功能投入均匀时,既可以提高电网频率的品质,又可以缓解紧急事故下区域间互助和联络线过载之间的矛盾,改善电网运行的安全性和可靠性。

Primary Frequency Characteristics Study of Interconnected Power System

Abstract:Introduction was made to the function of primary frequency control. Starting from the angle of original machine taking part in primary frequency control, this paper studied the relationship between generators unit primary frequency control and its connecting status and power system quality and tie-line transmission power, giving frequency response curves and tie-line power change diagrams under different primary frequency distribution. The result shows that after the generators unit frequency dead zone is rationally selected, when generators unit primary frequency control function in each area is connected evenly, the quality of power system frequency can be raised, as well as the contra-diction between areas mutual assistance and tie-line overload can be released under emergency accident, which improve the safety and reliability of power system operation.
