摘    要:本文采用响应曲面法(Response Surface Methodology,RSM)对红汁乳菇发酵条件进行分析、研究。响应曲面分析结果表明,在麦芽糖40.09g/L,蛋白胨3.35g/L,K2HPO41.98g/L,培养温度30.04℃时,可获得最大的红汁乳菇菌丝体产量为3.17g/L。

Abstract:Response surface methodology was involved in this paper to analyze and study the fermentation condition of Lactarius hatsudake Tanaka. The result showed that maltose 40.09g/L, protein peptone 3.35g/ L, K2HPO41.98 g/L, and under the temperature 30.04℃, we obtained the highest Lactarius hatsudake Tanaka mycelium yield of 13.17g/L.
