摘    要:在三维荧光光谱等值线图的基础上 ,选择折线可变角同步荧光扫描途径 ,对具有天然荧光的氨基酸混合溶液作一次性扫描 ,可同时对苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸和色氨酸进行定量分析 ,检测“波长对”:苯丙氨酸为 Ex2 5 2 nm/Em 2 82 nm,酪氨酸为 Ex 2 70nm/Em30 4nm,色氨酸为 Ex2 80 nm/Em348nm;检测线性范围 :苯丙氨酸为 0 .0 1~ 0 .40 μg/m L,酪氨酸为 0 .0 0 5~ 0 .30 μg/m L,色氨酸为 0 .0 0 2~ 0 .1 5 μg/m L;相对标准偏差小于 3%。方法快速灵敏 ,相互干扰较少 ,测试效果良好

Abstract:Based on the contour of three dimensional fluorescence spectra, a multi line segment variable angle synchronous scanning path was chosen. Using this method, the mixed solution of amino acids with natural fluorescence was determined by one scan. The wavelength paris of determination are Ex 252 nm/ Em 282 nm for phenylalanine, Ex 270 nm/ Em 304 nm for tyrosine and Ex 280 nm/ Em 348 nm for tryptophane. The simultaneous determination of phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophane was carried with the linear ranges of 0.01~ 0.40 μg/mL for phenylalanine, 0.02~0.10 μg/mL for tyrosine, 0.002~0.05 μg/mL for tryptophane with RSD of less than 3%.
