| 摘 要： | 建立能源消耗考核指标体系,是支持实现“十一五”国家节能目标的客观需要。本文试图分析国际上有代表性的能源评价指标体系在框架设计、构建原则等方面的特点,并探讨其对我国建立能源消耗考核指标体系的启示意义。

International Energy Assessment Indicators Systems and its Implication to China |

| Abstract: | It is an objective requirement for China to set up an energy use check-up indicators system for supporting realization of the national energy conservation goal in the period of the 10th Five-Year. In this paper, characteristics of international typical energy assessment indicators systems are analyzed in terms of framework design, establishment criteria, etc., and their implications to China is explored in setting up such a check-up indicators system. |
