摘    要:阐述了形成“磁增益复合除铁”新技术的理论基础及作用机理,介绍了以该理念为指导开发出的磁增益复合除铁设备的发展和应用情况。这种新凝结水除铁技术吸收,发展了高梯度电磁分离技术(HGMS)和其他吸附过滤技术的优势特性,克服了稳定有效进行凝结水除铁的技术障碍。目前,已在大庆石化公司投入应用的处理量为50t/h的第二代电磁增益器日耗电254kW·h,仅为同等规模高梯度电磁除铁器耗电量的17%,设备运行成本低于0.05元/t水。

Abstract:This article outlines the theories and fundamentals of the innovative compound magnetic-gain iron-removing technology and describes the evolvement and application of compound magnetic-gain iron-removing equipment developed based on these theories.This new iron-removing technology using condensed water combines the advantages of high gradient magnetic separation (HGMS) technology anti other adsorption filtration techniques and has removed the technical bottlenecks in continuously and effectively removing iron with condensed water.The 50t/h second-generation electromagnetic amplifier currently in use in PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Company uses 254kW·h of electricity per day,only 17% of the electricity consumption of an HGMS iron remover of the same size.The operating costs of the equipment are lower than 0.05 yuan per ton of water.
