| 摘 要： | 以并购等形式组建企业集团实现资产重组，提高规模效益，增强市场竞争力，是国企改革的战略决策，但成功的并购不等于并购的成功，并购只是一种手段，效益才是根本，对组建企业团集可能出现的效益风险，管理风险、政府干预风险进行了初步探讨，提出组建企业集团应注重增强的素质，并非不切实际地盲目扩大规模，以期对深化国有企业改革有所裨益。

| Abstract: | It has been a strategic decision for the reform of state owned enterprise to recombine the assets of conglomerates by means of merging and purchasing so as to boost their scale efficiency and to enhance their competitive capacity However, the recombination of conglomerates is inevitably accompanied by risks A tentative study is made on economic efficiency risks, administrative risks and governmental interference risks that might arise is made from the recombination of conglomerates, in the hope of that it may offer some advices for deepening the state owned enterprise reform at present |
