摘    要:分析了企业名称、品牌名称、标志三者的概念,区别和形成设计同一化的原因.指出这种同一化发展趋势可以使企业更方便地管理自己的企业识别系统,保护自己的合法权益,扩大产品组合,提高产品知名度,更好地树立企业形象.对于消费者来说可以使他们便于辨认,识别所需商品,得到更多的利益.从而维护自己的利益.最后论述了企业标识设计应该遵循的简洁,独特,构思巧妙,富于内涵等原则.

Abstract:The concept of enterprise name, brand name, and logo was analyzed and distinguished. The reason of their identity trend was also analyzed. The develop tendency can facilitate enterprise to manage its identification system, protect its legal rights and interests, enlarge the combination of product, increase product famous degree, and set up better enterprise image. For customers, it can make them easily identify the merchandise needed by identification, gets more benefit, and defend their benefit. It was put forward that enterprise identification design should follow the rule of succinct, unique, ingenious, and full in connotation.
