铝底盖与马口铁电偶腐蚀行为研究

摘    要:本文通过稳态极化曲线和电偶电流、电偶电位的测定,评价了在酸性饮料中铝底盖与马口铁电偶腐蚀倾向,结果表明:密封除氧酸性饮料液中Sn-Al电偶电位差远小于200mV,Sn为阳极,Al为阴极,属于弱电偶腐蚀行为,加之铝为阴极,且在这一体系中呈现钝化状态.因此,在酸性饮料罐状态下,腐蚀电化学行为仍以马口铁腐蚀过程为主,可以忽略铝底和罐体马口铁发生严重局部电偶腐蚀的可能性.

Abstract:The steady-state polarization curves,galvanic current and galvanic potential determination was used to evaluate of the power of galvanic corrosion tendency of aluminum the bottom cover with tin in acidic beverages in this paper.The results showed that:Sn-Al galvanic potential was far less than 200mV in the seal the deaerator acidic beverages solution,and Sn was the anode,Al was cathode,weak even corrosion behavior,combined with aluminum as cathode,and aluminum rendered in the passive state.Therefore,in the state of the acidic beverage cans,corrosion electrochemical behavior still tinplate corrosion process-based,it can be ignore the aluminum tank tinplate bottom and the possibility of occurrence of severe local galvanic corrosion.
