冀东南堡油田土壤环境腐蚀性研究

摘    要:地下金属结构物的服役寿命与土壤腐蚀性密切相关。通过化学和电化学检测手段,分析了冀东南堡油田两个典型地点的土壤电阻率、土壤氧化还原电位、土壤含水量、土壤含盐量、土壤pH值、氯离子含量和硫酸根离子含量等理化指标。根据相关标准分析评价了冀东南堡油田的土壤腐蚀性,评价结果表明该油田土壤属于强腐蚀土壤,在此基础上提出了相应的防腐蚀措施。

Abstract:The service life of underground metallic facilities is closely bound up with the soil corrosivity. The physics and chemistry index of soil samples from 2 typical parts of Jidong Nanpu Oilfield, including resistance, oxidation-reduction potential, water content, salt content , pH value, chloride ion and sulfate ion content were analyzed by methods of chemical and electrochemical testing .The soil corrosivity of Jidong Nanpu Oilfield was analyzed and evaluated according to relative standards. The results show that the soil of Jidong Nanpu Oilfield is strong corrosive soil, and based on this conclusion, anti-corrosion measures were proposed.
