摘    要:针对某海上油田注水流程中精细过滤器结垢现象,在分析结垢物、结垢水质、流程基础上,采用电化学方法、化学滴定方法进行腐蚀、结垢试验研究,探讨结垢原因;采用电化学方法、化学滴定方法等进行缓蚀剂、防垢剂、除垢剂效果评价试验,制定行之有效的治理方案,取得较好效果。

Abstract:In response to scaling phenomenon in fine filter fouling on an offshore oilfield water injection process, the failure was then characterized by electrochemical method, chemical titration methods based on the analysis of the scale, water, technological process. Thereafter several protection measures were proposed such as corrosion inhibitor/ scale inhibitor/ cleaning media those obtained better results.
