动力机器框架基础的振动检测分析与数值验证

摘    要:辽阳某公司热电厂5#汽轮发电机组在负荷为60%~70%的情况下出现局部剧烈振动导致汽轮机叶片断裂,针对这一振动情况进行现场的振动检测与原因分析,并用有限元方法对该工程振动问题进行了数值模拟分析,对比现场振动检测与数值分析的结果,验证了现场振动检测及其原因分析的正确性。经采取对应措施处理后机组能满负荷正常运行,说明了振动检测分析与数值验证的合理性。

Abstract:With a 60% to 70% load,the No.5 steam turbo generator unit of Liaoyang thermal power station vibrates intensely which leads its blades crack.A vibration test followed with a seek of the causes was carried out immediately.At the same time a numerical simulation analysis with the finite element method was conducted.Then the method of vibration test at the scene is demonstrated effective by a correspondence between results of the two ways above.Moreover,the fact that the unit runs smoothly with a full load aft...
