基于欧洲标准的新型行邮车车体结构设计及强度分析

摘    要:新型行邮车车体采用耐腐蚀高强钢焊接而成。采用有限元分析法对其6种组合工况进行强度分析,为车体结构的设计及改进提供参考。结果表明:新型行邮车结构设计合理,变形协调,强度薄弱部位主要表现为局部应力集中,但其应力值仍在合理的设计范围内。

Abstract:This paper describe body structure of new parcel express train, which is manufactured by high strength steel. 6 combination's conditions are calculated by finite element method, which can be used to provide reference for carbody structure. The results showed that carbody structure design of new parcel express train is reasonable, and the deformation is coordination. The strength weak parts are mainly as local stress concentration, but the stress is still reasonable within the design range.
