基于AMESim大中型挖掘机行走马达控制阀缓冲机能研究

摘    要:综合分析了大中型挖掘机行走马达集成控制阀在挖掘机停止过程中的缓冲动态性能,以现代挖掘机R210LC-7型挖掘机配套帝人GM35VL行走马达为研究对象,初步对缓冲阀的特性进行了数值计算,将相应计算数据利用AMESim对挖掘机停止过程中的压力冲击与控制阀的缓冲性能进行了数学建模及仿真,为今后的马达控制阀的研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract:This article analyzes the medium-sized excavator motor integrated control valve dynamic performance buffer to stop the process in the excavator to modem excavator R210LC-7 excavator supporting Teijin GM35VL travel motor for the study, the characteristics of the initial buffer valve is the numerical calculation, the corresponding data is calculated using AMESim stop the process of excavator pressure control valve and cushion the impact of the performance of the mathematical modeling and simulation for the study of the future of the motor control valve provides a theoretical basis.
