| 摘 要： | PROTOS70接装机在生产过程中存在控胶辊传动轴及轴承易磨损,控胶辊无胶区易跑位等问题.根据控胶辊传动及装配要求,设计一个组合轴承,解决了传动轴和轴承易磨损的问题.同时对传动轴也进行了相应改造,并在胶缸开设定位槽,使控胶辊无胶区不再跑位,保证了烟支滤嘴切口质量.应用效果表明,控胶辊传动轴和组合轴承的寿命得到了大幅提升,改进后的机组运行可靠.

| Abstract: | The PROTOS70 plug assembler gum roller has the problems of wear and tear of the transmission shaft and bearings,movement of the gum roller no-gum zone,etc. According to gum roller transmission and assembly requirements,a comhination bearing is designed to solve the problem of shaft and bearing wear. Meanwhile,the transmission shall is improved,and two positioning grooves have opened on the gum cylinder,so that no-gum zone of the gum roller no longer moves anti ensure the quality of the cigarette filter cut end. The result of application showed thai transmission shaft and combination bearings life has improved tremendously. The improved gum roller is reliable in operation. |
