摘    要:使用MATLAB软件,利用Lingo语言的非线性规划优点,通过Java编写的GUI来解决铁塔角钢下料的多参数优化问题,最后利用层次分析法来评价模型的多次优化结果,提供给生产决策者角钢的最优切割方法以配合生产加工以提高原料利用率。通过接收原料长度、需求长度与数量、切缝宽度四个模型基本参数,该方法计算出切割模式、种类、根数三个约束条件的上下界,自动生成格式化的可查看与编辑的Lingo程序并计算出最优决策结果。方法的多次运算结果表明,其可适用于同类型情况下全局最优下料结果的计算。

Abstract:To solve the multi-parameter cutting stock problem for tower angle steel, a method based on the MATLAB and lingo software platform is proposed. The method takes advantage of Lingo's linear programming feature, Eclipse's convenience of creating java swing GUI and quantitative characteristics of AHP evaluating the model of multiple optimization results. The method automatically calculates the upper and lower bounds of constraints consist of the cutting mode, cutting type and cutting number after entering the four basic parameters (material length, requirement length, requirement number and slit width of the model). In the case of all of the parameters of the model is available, the artificial editable Lingo program results will be generated and optimum decision be calculated based on hierarchical matrices automatically. The method is helpful for policy makers to decide the cutting mode, improving raw material utilization. The repeated calculation result shows that the method is available for globally optimal cutting mode calculations in similar circumstances.
