摘    要:利用SolidWorks三维机械设计软件平台进行双曲柄式少齿差减速器零部件的三维造型设计,并将零部件虚拟装配成减速器总成。利用Motion插件进行双曲柄式少齿差减速器的运动仿真,观察主要零部件的运动特点以及各个零部件的传动形式,并及时修改设计中的不合理之处。实现从传统的二维设计思路实现向三维设计的转变,提高了设计效率。

Abstract:For double crank type few teeth difference reducer 3D modeling design using SolidWorks three-dimensional mechanical design software platform, the virtual assembly and parts of reducer. For double crank type few teeth difference reducer movement simulation using the motion plugin. Transmission of motion characteristics and various parts of main parts, and modify the unreasonable design. From two-dimensional design ideas to change traditional 3D design, improve design efficiency.
