汽轮机柱形叶片砂带磨削数控编程与加工

摘    要:本文通过对汽轮机柱形叶片进行综合分析,利用三次样条和圆弧样条分别对叶片型线进行插值和拟合,编制了通用的柱形叶片数控编程与加工程序,在改装后的XK5040数控铣床上对2.5万千瓦汽轮机柱形叶片进行了实际加工,达到了提高叶片加工质量和效率的要求.

Abstract:The turbine cylindrital blade is comprehensively analysised in this paper.Both cubicspline and are spline are used to interpolate and fit for blade curves.The program of NC machining for turbine cylindrical blade is composed.Then the 25000kW turbine blade are machined in XK5040NC refitted miller.As a result,the quality and efficiency of turbine cylindrical blade are improved.
