摘    要:本工作试制成功了用于测量主传动系统静、动态速降的比较放大器,它具有较高的灵敏度与响应速度。测试结果证实双电机差动调速系统的调速品质满足了连轧工艺的要求。差动调速连轧技术的优点是技术简单、易于掌握;旧有设备可充分利用、投资少、建设速度快。可以作为我国中小型轧机技术改造的方案之一。

Abstract:An amplifier which is used to measure the static and dynamic speed droop has been developed successfully, it gives out higher sensitivity and responsibility.It is proved by the experimental data that the speed grade of the D.D.D system can meet the requiremenets of the continuous rolling technique.The advantage of D.D.D continuous rolling technique is that the skill is simple enough to be masterd, the investment in building is little and that the speed of building is faster, It can be used as one of the plan in rebuilding the bar mill in our country.
