Abstract:Formulation of training program is a systematical engineering.It simply affects the performance of teaching project.Design Structure Matrix is a useful system analyzing tool developed by D.V Steward which has been wildly used in engineering management.In our research,it was used to set up a mathematical model of the training program.After a series of mathematical analysis,aided by computer program,the optimum training program was obtained.This method will largely enhance the education management.
