脂肪酶产生菌的筛选及其理化特性研究

摘    要:在食堂下水道污水、肉联厂及油田地下水等富含油脂的地方采样,利用维多利亚蓝B平板筛选模型,,以乳化橄榄油为底物的NaOH滴定法为测酶活主要方法,筛选到5株具有明显脂肪酶活力菌株。继而对所得菌株的理化特征进行研究,即对其群体形态、菌落形态、在半固体或液体培养基中的生长状态以及个体形态、细胞形态、大小、排列、运动性、特殊构造...
