摘    要:现有凹印机干燥装置喷风嘴出风速度达不到要求,导致印品干燥不充分,同时降低了印刷速度.实际上,干燥效率低已经成为制约凹印机速度的主要因素.通过流体动力学的计算来模拟热风在风嘴内的流动状态,从结构设计上找出影响热风速度的主要因素,为干燥装置的优化改进提供理论依据,解决设计生产过程中的盲目性.通过对现有的喷风嘴结构的数值模拟...
