Abstract:Human resources in institutions of higher learning are characterized by their natural humanism and value in terms of essence and target management.But in actual understanding and practices in this regard,there exist a tendency of "blurring" and "generalization".Considering the actual needs and the value of people-centered management,the paper argues that it is of foundational significance in human resources management to follow the people-centered pattern of management,grasp its essence and work toward a more effective "people-centered strategy".
