| 摘 要： | 在可雇佣性视野下,研究新时期的地方高校人才培养模式显得尤为重要。从文献回顾入手,分析可雇佣性视野下地方高校人才培养模式构建的意义、人才培养模式构建的原则,提出政府和教育主管部门、社会用人单位、高校和学生在构建基于可雇佣性的地方高校人才培养模式过程中的对应策略。

| Abstract: | It is important to study the talent cultivating pattern of local universities from the perspective of employability in the new era.This paper analyses the significance and pattern of the construction of employability-based talent cultivating pattern of local universities.Suggestions on governmental and educational regulatory departments concerned,society,university,and college students themselves during the course of constructing the talent cultivating pattern are proposed. |
