车辆冲击试验速度测量装置研制

摘    要:针对采用轨道贴片法测量冲击速度时,操作繁琐、误差大且不可实时显示速度等缺点,研制了一套车辆冲击试验速度测量装置。装置以MCS-51单片机为核心,通过测量冲击车辆驶过冲击点前固定间距的时间计算冲击速度,且可实现冲击速度值的实时显示与无线传输。经实验室速度标定试验,结果表明速度测量装置具有较高精度,可为车辆冲击试验提供一种较准确的速度测量方法。

Abstract:In order to overcome the disadvantages of strain-gauging method in bumping velocity measurement on rail track,a velocity measuring device for vehicle bumping test was developed.Under the control of a MCS-51 single chip microcomputer,the impact velocity could be calculated with the device by measuring the time that the vehicle needs to pass through a fixed distance before the impact point.Besides,the functions of real-time display and wireless transmission were realized.The results of velocity calibration ex...
