实心磁铁推力磁轴承热分析

摘    要:对实心磁铁推力磁轴承热平衡条件进行了分析 ,提出了改进的轴承温度场估算方法。通过对试验结果的综合分析 ,对传统设计计算中较少关注的推力盘 -轴系统的电磁 -温度效应及其对轴承磁铁温升的影响进行了初步分析 ,给出了估算磁铁和推力盘 -轴系统温升的常规方法。研究结果表明 ,对推力盘 -轴系统热损耗及其与绕组 -磁铁间热耦合的忽略以及对气隙传热、散热特性的分析模型选择不当 ,是造成计算值与试验结果出现较大偏差的两个主要原因。

Abstract:The thermo equilibrium conditions of thrust magnetic bearing with solid magnet are analyzed and the improved quantitative calculation rules are brought forward.According to comprehensive study of experimental results,the electromagnetic temperature effect of runner shaft system and the influence on temperature rise of bearing magnet that are less paid attention to conventional bearing design are fundamentally investigated.The rules of bearing magnet and runner shaft system temperature rise estimated are given.It indicates that runner shaft losses and the thermo coupling with winding magnet losses are ignored and the gap thermo model is improerly chosen are main reasons caused estimated values differ with measured ones.
