贵州某难选低品位褐铁矿选矿工艺试验

摘    要:贵州某低品位褐铁矿主要以针铁矿、菱铁矿和少量磁铁矿、黄铁矿形式存在,属于难选铁矿石,常规的磁选、浮选、磁化焙烧—弱磁选均不能获得满意的指标。试验采用氯化还原焙烧—弱磁选工艺流程处理该矿石,获得了铁精矿品位为60.96%,回收率为87.16%的良好指标,为该矿石的开发利用提供了新思路。

Experiments on Beneficiation Process of a Refractory Low-grade Limonite of Guizhou
Abstract:A certain low-grade limonite in Guizhou mainly exists in goethite,siderite and minor magnetite and pyrite,which belongs to the refractory iron ore.The conventional magnetic separation,flotation,magnetic roasting-low intensity magnetic separation can not reach the satisfactory indicators.A good index with Fe concentrate grade of 60.96% and recovery of 87.16% were obtained by the process of chloride reduction roasting-low intensity magnetic separation,which provides a new idea for the development and utilization of the minerals.
