长跨距无中继光纤传输系统的实验与分析

摘    要:无中继光纤传输系统是指在光纤链路上不包括任何光电中继设备的传输系统。结合2.5 Gbit/s、10 Gbit/s、40 Gbit/s三种典型信道速率下的长跨距无中继传输系统实验,分析了实现大容量长跨距无中继传输的物理受限因素,探讨了应对的关键性技术,并通过实验证明了双向泵浦喇曼放大技术在无中继光纤传输系统中潜在的重要应用价值。

Abstract:Repeaterless systems are those that have not any kinds of optical and electrical repeaters along the fiber transmission links.Based on three typical long-span repeaterless systems under different channel bit-rate (2.5 Gbit/s,10 Gbit/s and 40 Gbit/s),the physical limitation factors and the corresponding key technologies are analyzed for realizing high-capacity and long-span repeaterless transmission.A Raman-amplified transmission experiment shows the potential merit of bidirectional pumping scheme for repeaterless transmission.
