摘    要:提出一种基于快速数字信号处理(DSP)芯片TMS320LF2407A的真空开关触头电磨损和真空灭弧室真空度在线监测装置的设计和实现方案.触头磨损量的在线监测采用国内外普遍接受的开断电流加权累计法,基于断路器的电寿命曲线累计其磨损量;而真空度的在线监测则采用耦合电容法,精心设计的电容传感器优化了系统设计.处理器采用DSP芯片,充分展示了其强大的数字信号处理能力,丰富的片内资源简化了设计的复杂性,增强了整个系统的电磁兼容性,使设计成本大大降低.试验数据分析和现场运行情况表明,该在线监测系统具有易于安装、灵敏度高及性能稳定等优点.

Abstract:An algorithm for the electrical wear of vacuum circuit breakers and internal pressure of vacuum interrupters on-line condition monitoring system is proposed, which is based on DSP TMS320LF2407A. The universally accepted approach of accumulative breaking current of high voltage circuit breaker contact to diagnose electrical endurance is used. The coupling capacitance method is adopted to detect the internal pressure of vacuum interrupters. And the elaborate capacitance sensor optimizes the system design. The digital signal processing capability is fully displayed by DSP. Several advanced peripherals are integrated on the chip to optimize the system design, so the EMC capacity is enhanced and the cost of system is reduced. The accuracy and reliability of the system has been displayed through an analysis of the test results and on-the-spot installation and operation.
