关于活塞精工序加工技术的探讨

摘    要:在机械加工中,保证活塞各部位的精度是提高发动机性能的关键环节。特别是保证在活塞加工中的几个工差要求最严的工序加工精度是活塞加工中的关键点。这几个工序分别是精车止口工序、精车环槽工序、精镗销孔工序和精车外圆工序。本文分别探讨了四个关键工序在加工中注意的问题。

Discussion on the Processing Technology for Piston Precision Processes

Abstract:The key factors to improve the engine performance are to ensure the accuracy of all parts of the piston in machining. The most important point is to guarantee the machining precision in some processes. Their tolerances are required more severely. These processes include Fine Turning End Mouth, Fine Turning Ring Groove, Fine Boring Pin Hole and Fine Turning Exeircle. In this paper discusses the problems in the processing of the four key processes.
