某两缸柴油机增压器的布置结构优化

摘    要:针对增压器涡轮外壳出现裂纹的故障,通过ANSYS结构动力学分析,得知增压器系统前2阶固有频率在发动机的激振频率范围内,存在系统共振,是故障的主要原因。为提高系统固有频率,设计了2个优化方案。通过模态分析及可靠性试验,结果表明:最优方案的一阶固有频率提高了98%,达到设计目标,且零件通过了可靠性试验的考核。

Optimization Layout of Turbocharger for a Two-Cylinder Diesel Engine

Abstract:For the failure that the turbine housing neck area is cracked, the dynamic characteristics study by ANSYS showed that the major cause was the 1 st and 2nd natural frequencies of system in the range of engine excitation frequencies, causing a turbo system resonance. In order to increase the natural frequencies, two optimized schemes were proposed. According to the modal analysis and the reliability test, the final results show that the 1 st natural frequency in optimal scheme increases 98 percent, meeting the design targets. The parts pass the reliability test.
