摘    要:简述了CO的危害及焦炉加热对废气中CO含量的影响因素,通过控制空气过剩系数、加强新建焦炉砌筑管理、高炉煤气加热时使用交换旋塞、换向期间增设空气清扫装置、安装在线仪表检测废气成分、加强焦炉日常热修维护等技术措施可有效降低焦炉废气中CO的含量。

Control of CO content in waste gas by coke oven heating

Abstract:The harm of CO as well as the factors effected CO content in waste gas by coke oven heating is summarized. CO content in coke oven waste gas can be reduced efficiently by technical measures such as controlling excess air factors, bettering bricklaying management of newly-built coke oven,using reversing cocks during BFG heating, adding air cleaning device during reversing, instal- ling on-line instruments to detect the content of the waste gas, and emphasizing routine hot mainte-nance for coke oven.
