基于Android平台下电机振动信号检测系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了一种在Android平台下智能手机内嵌加速度传感器的应用,将传感器检测到的电机振动加速度信号转换为速度信号,绘制速度信号动态时域波形图,可初步观测到电机的运行状况。为了进一步分析电机运行状况,需分析速度信号的实时频谱,为判断电机是否故障提供数据。

Abstract:This paper introduces the application of acceleration sensor embedded in intelligent phone on the Android platform, which transforms the motor vibration acceleration signal detected by the sensor into rate signal.The operation status of motor can be initially observed by the dynamic time-domain waveform of rate signal.In order to further analyze the status of motor,the realtime spectrum of rate signal is analyzed,which provides data for further judging the performance of motor.
