| 摘 要： | 常规液面测试不能连续即时测试,也不能长期持续监测油井液面变化情况,不满足海上平台多油井集中统一、大规模应用的需要。研制出了集成式液面自动监测系统。介绍了集成式液面自动监测系统的基本结构和工作原理,并对该系统在CB-B平台的应用进行了分析。现场试验表明,集成式液面自动监测系统达到了安全生产实际要求,能够满足油井静动液面测试的需要,实现了海上平台多井测试系统集成化、模块化。

| Abstract: | The conventional liquid level testing system cannot test immediately and continuously,also cannot monitor the oil well liquid level changes continually for a long time,so it cannot satisfy the centralized and integrated application to multi-oil wells on offshore platform.For this reason,the integrated liquid level automatic monitoring system has been developed.The paper introduces the basic structure and operating principle of the system and analyzes the application of it on the CB-B platform.The field runs indicated that the integrated liquid level automatic monitoring system has reached the safety requirements for actual production,satisfied the needs for oil well static and working level test,and realized the integration and modulation of multi-well test system on offshore platform. |
