气候变化对湖南城市水安全的影响

湖南省水资源丰富，但时空及地区分布不均。通过对湘、资、沅、澧四流域降水量和降雨强度及四水尾闾站最高、最低水位历史变化情况的分析，揭示了气候变化对湖南省水资源的影响，并在此基础上，结合城镇人口增长状况、城市化和新型工业化进程的推进，探讨气候变化对湖南省城市水安全的影响，最后针对湖南省城市水安全将越来越突出的问题提出了具体建议。

Impact of climate change on city water safety in Hunan Province

Hunan Province is rich in water resources, but the resources are distributed unevenly in time and space.
