摘    要:营销渠道是企业最重要的资产之一,同时也是变数最大的资产。企业生产出来的产品,只有通过一定的市场营销渠道,经过物流过程,才能在适当的时间,地点,以适当的价格供应给广大消费者或用户,从而克服生产者与消费者之间的差异和矛盾,满足市场需要。对于企业来说,掌控渠道至关重要,它是实现企业营销目标的根本保证。

Abstract:The marketing channel is one of enterprise most important properties,also is the most variable property.Only after traveling a certain marketing channel to go through logistics process,can enterprise's product be provided to the consumers or the users in suitable time,place,and at the suitable price.Thereby,the differences and contradictions between the producer and consumer can be overcome;the market demands can be met.For the enterprise,controlling channel is critical to reach the enterprise's marketing goal.
