非晶聚合物平面应变拉伸大塑性变形的数值模拟

摘    要:将基于应变软化玻璃状高分子材料微观特征建立的BPA 分子网络模型引入适于变形局部化分析的大变形弹塑性有限元驱动应力法,数值模拟了非晶聚合物材料平面应变拉伸变形局部化扩散过程,并与实验结果进行比较,验证了模型和算法的有效性。在此基础上,探讨了BPA模型的微观参数对局部化传播过程中平面应变拉伸颈缩截面的非均匀应力三轴效应的影响

Abstract:A kind of BPA molecular chain network model based on strain softting glassy polymers is introduced into the Updating Lagrangian finite element driving stress method suitable for the deformation localization analysis.Using this method,the plastic flow localizing propagation for the plane strain tension of amorphous glassy polymers is numerically simulated.The simulated results are compared with experimental ones in order to examine the validity of the present numerical method.And then,non uniform stress triaxiality effect of necking transverse section during the localized propagation is studied.
