提升机性能测试分析方法与仪器的研究

摘    要:分析了目前我国矿井提升机性能测试的现状和研究提升机性能测试仪的必要性,论述了提升机性能测试中采用的测试方法和技术,重点讨论了划分提升速度图中的各个阶段和计算速度图参数的方法,并给出一组实际测试数据和分析结果,测试仪以Intel80C196十六位单片机为核心,配以图形式液晶显示器,使测试具有数据采集分析智能化、速度快和便于携带等特点,可以完成以往由人工承担的数据分析工作,现场使用表明,该仪器分析结果准确,能满足当前提升机性能测试的需要。

Abstract:In order to meet the need of special instrument for hoist performance parameter measurement, a specifically designed instrument for this purpose was developed. The means applied in measurement and data processing were described. The methods how to identify each period in a lift cycle and how to obtain speed parameters were studied emphatically. The result of a sample measurement was also presented. The instrument can undertake the heavy analysis work of data that was done manually in the past and give more accurate result on the spot, due to the powerful microcomputer and its analysis ability. The application in practical inspection shows that the instrument can satisfy the need of hoist performance parameter measurement.
