铝用阴极炭块冷加工工艺技术与应用

摘    要:铝电解槽大型化的发展,对铝用阴极炭块制造加工精度要求越来越高,铝用阴极炭块质量高低,会直接影响铝电解槽的使用寿命以及生产的安全性。本文就有关铝用阴极炭块冷加工工艺技术的创新应用进行了详细介绍,与阴极炭块加工传统用硬质合金刀具加工对比,对金刚石刀具在阴极炭块冷加工中的应用进行推广,从而提高阴极炭块的加工质量和加工效率。

Abstract:With the development of the large - scale electrolysis cell, the processing precision of cathode carbon block for aluminium is demanded higher and higher and the processing specifications also become big unceasingly. The processing quality of cathode carbon block for aluminium affects the service life of electrolysis cell and production safety directly. This articel has detailes introductions on application of cold working technology and popularization of diamond tools in processing cathode carbon block, in order to raise the processing quality and efficiency of cathode carbon block and change the present situation of low efficiency and high cost in processing cathode carbon block produced with the hard traditional alloy tools by many enterprises in our country.
