| Abstract: | Chinese traditional lawsuit consciousness is analyzed from both the agricultural civilization and Confucianism. The basic characteristics of Chinese traditional legal culture and no litigation in traditional Chinese legal practice are elaborated for the reference of the construction of modem lawsuit culture. |
