| 摘 要： | 当前建设市场上招标与投标全面推广和采用工程量清单计价模式,承发包双方相应采用工程量清单合同进行计价。执行的标准为GB50500—2008《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》。分析了工程量清单计价方式与作用,工程量清单与工程量清单合同的特征、内容、相互关系与作用及注意事项;指出:建设市场招投标采用工程量清单计价模式和承发包双方采用工程量清单合同(单价合同)是体现"控制量、指导价、竞争费"的工程造价计价改革思路的一项重要措施,是建设工程承发包价格走向市场形成价格的必然趋势。

| Abstract: | The valuation mode of bill of quantities is promoted and adopted totally in bidding and tendering in the present construction market. And GB 50500—2008 Code of Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Works is regarded as the standard. Several key points are presented including its valuation mode and function, the relationships, functions & cautions of the characteristics and contents of bill of quantities and the contract. It is thought of being an important measure and an irresistible trend of the construction market bidding development with bill of quantities representing the reform idea, controlling the quantity, guiding the price and competing with the fee. |
