| 摘 要： | 污染源（烟气）在线监测系统（JSCEMSNet）是一套基于WebService结构、GPRS无线实时通信的在线监控系统。系统通过连续在线运行，有效地获取烟气污染物的浓度动态变化、总量、环保设施运行状态等业务数据．作为脱硫电价考核、排污收费、环境执法、排污申报登记、总量考核、排污交易的基础数据．实现烟气在线监控数据的共享及必要的业务协同．

| Abstract: | On-line monitor and control system for flue gas pollution source （JSCEMSNet） is based on web service structure and GPRS real-time wireless communication. Through this system, the operation data including dynamic change of flue-gas concentration, total amount, running status of environmental protection devices can be obtained, which provides basic data for desnlphurization electrovalency check, pollution charge, environmental enforcement, pollution declaration and registration, total amount check, and emission trading. Thus, data sharing of on-line monitor and control system for flue gas and essential operation cooperation can be realized. |
