服装大规模定制营销模式下的订单管理

摘    要:从服装大规模定制营销与订单的关系入手,分析了订单在服装大规模定制营销中的特点;通过订单的模块化分解,实现服装大规模定制模式下模块宽度和深度管理;阐述了服装大规模定制营销模式下订单处理的基本步骤,通过对传统的订单处理流程缺陷的分析,提出建立订单处理团队、重构基于Internet订单处理流程的思路.
