丝素/半水硫酸钙/磷酸钙骨水泥复合材料初探

摘    要:在半水硫酸钙/磷酸钙骨水泥系统中添加丝素蛋白(SF)和纳米羟基磷灰石(n-HA)以改善其性能,用X-射线衍射和FT-IR光谱研究材料的结构和组分,用扫描电子显微镜观察材料的表面形态,用排液法测定材料的孔隙率,用通用力学试验机测定样品的抗压性能。结果表明,丝素/半水硫酸钙/磷酸钙骨水泥(SF/CSH/CPC)复合材料的固相与液相发生固化反应后,生成了羟基磷灰石,并含有未完全转化的磷酸四钙和无水磷酸氢钙。与纯半水硫酸钙/磷酸钙系统相比,加入SF和n-HA的复合材料的孔隙率增加,其结构和凝固时间无明显差异;添加n-HA,压缩强度有所下降,但压缩断裂功无明显差异;添加SF,虽然压缩强度也有所下降,但压缩断裂功增加明显。
