摘    要:以六氟异丙醇(HFIP)为溶剂,通过静电纺丝制得不同比例的丝素/聚乙二醇(SF/PEG)共混纤维,并通过SEM、FT-IR、XRD、DSC,研究其形态特征、分子结构和热性能.结果表明,共混纤维直径在250~700 nm,且随PEG含量的增大而变细;低分子量PEG的加入影响了SF的二级结构;共混纤维中存在2个相分离的结晶...

Abstract:Different ratios of silk fibroin/polyethylene glycol(SF/PEG)blend nanofibers were obtained by electrospinning using Hexafluoroisopropanol(HFIP)as solvent.Morphological structure,molecular structure as well as thermal property of the SF/PEG blend nanofibers were examined using SEM,FT-IR,XRD and DSC analyses.With the increase of PEG content,the average diameters of SF/PEG blend nanofibers decreased from 700 nm to 250 nm.The secondary structure of SF was affected by the addition of low molecular weight PEG.XRD...
