摘 要: | 研究了白腐真菌在处理黑液过程中,不同起始pH和不同的黑液浓度对白腐菌调节pH能力的影响.通过实验,发现白腐菌株S总能表现出较好的pH调节能力,且在小于极限pH的范围内高的pH促进菌株S调节pH能力,而高的黑液浓度会抑制菌株S调节pH能力,将菌株S应用到碱法蒸煮黑液的处理中,可以有效地调节pH并使木质索析出,经3d处理COD去除率可达67%。

Effect on Ability to Modulate pH of White Rot Fungus by Different Conditions of Black Liquor and Application Possibility |

Abstract: | The effect on ability to modulate pH of white rot fungus by different initial pH and concentration of black liquor is studied. The results show that the white rot fungus S always has a perfect ability to modulate pH. The high pH promote the ability to modulate pH as long as the pH is under a max value,but the high concentration of black liquor restrain the ability to modulate pH in any event. The white rot fungus S behaves a good ability to modulate pH in treating black liquor of alkaline pulping, with lignin precipitated and 67% COD removing in 3 days. |
